What are the positive effects of shungite on health? Shungite stands out in particular for its amazing cleansing effects. It acts as a natural water filter and can neutralize harmful radiation. It contains fullerene, which is one of the strongest antioxidants. Shungite water helps in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, allergies, joint and skin problems. Water was filtered using shungite by Peter the Great, who even issued a decree that each of his soldiers should have shungite crushed stone in their bottle to filter water, which was a measure to prevent the transmission of diseases. Although it looks like an ordinary stone, it has unique properties that help with many health problems, such as: inflammation, viral diseases, skin problems and allergies - eczema, wounds, joint and spine pain, headaches, fatigue. We used two jugs: in one, the shungite was washed and in the other, the shungite was not washed with tap water; we took it out of the container and put it directly into a jug of water. It turned out that all three test participants rated the water filtered with shungite, which was washed before the first use, as better tasting. The jug with such water did not contain any stains on its surface.
