Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is crucial for maintaining strong and healthy bones. In the natural diet, it is found mainly in animal fats and fermented foods, but its intake is often insufficient. Epigemic® uses a premium form of MenaQ7®, which is obtained by fermenting soybeans with the bacteria Bacillus subtilis natto or Bacillus licheniformis. This form is considered the best usable natural source of vitamin K2 with high stability.
