Aquamin is a natural multimineral complex from calcified red seaweed (Lithothamnion sp.), collected in the clean waters of the North Atlantic. Thanks to its high bioavailability, it is a source of calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc and more than 70 other minerals. Their mutual synergy makes Aquamin a unique bioactive complex for health support.

Active ingredients:
1 capsule: Aquamin 600 mg (of which calcium 192 mg = 24% RVH, magnesium 13.2 mg = 3.5% RVH)
Daily dose (1–4 capsules): 192–768 mg calcium (24–96% DV) and 13.2–52.8 mg magnesium (3.5–14% DV)

Recommended dosage:
1–2 capsules 1–2 times a day.
Preventive use: 1 capsule a day.
Therapeutic use: up to 4 capsules a day.

Ingredients: Aquamin from the seaweed Lithothamnion sp. (natural source of calcium and magnesium), vegetarian capsule.

Storage: In a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and frost.
