Motherwort is one of the herbs traditionally used to support normal function of the cardiovascular system and blood pressure. It can also contribute to premenstrual comfort, and supports proper functioning of the nervous system and respiratory system. In this tincture, its effect is supplemented with vitamin C, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and normal collagen formation.

Active substances in a daily dose (2–3× daily):

Heartwort – herb extract: 60–180 mg

Vitamin C: 25–75 mg (31–94% RDA)

Why use a tincture of heartwood?

Recommended dosage:
