Baikal skullcap is one of the most important herbs in traditional Chinese medicine. It has been used for more than 2000 years and is known for its calming and adaptogenic properties. It supports mental balance, quality sleep and contributes to the normal condition of joints and muscles. Thanks to its flavonoid content, it also has antioxidant effects.

Active ingredients:

Baikal coneflower root - contains flavonoids (baikalin, baicalein, wogonin)

Recommended dosage:
3 times a day 20 drops, dissolve in a small amount of water and drink. Administer approximately 10 minutes before meals. The recommended daily dose corresponds to 70 mg of dry extract.
