How to care for a satin elastic band and extend its lifespan?

You don't have to worry, satin is not demanding to care for. If the elastic band gets dirty, you can wash it in the washing machine with regular detergent. However, at a maximum of 30 degrees and preferably on a gentle program. To ensure the elastic band is protected, use a laundry net. After washing, squeeze it lightly in a towel and then let it air dry. And if you want your elastic to keep its shape for years, straighten it along the seam when not wearing it.
