Cocoa beans – the irreplaceable basis of all prawteins

The basic ingredient of prawteins are 100% natural BIO RAW fermented unroasted cocoa beans. After drying in the sun, these cocoa beans are stripped of their husks and crushed into nibs. These are then ground with other raw materials into a uniform mass - the resulting prawtein, in the most gentle way so far.

Unroasted cocoa beans themselves are an important source of not only a wide range of vitamins, minerals and valuable phytonutrients, but also quality cocoa butter, plant proteins and effective antioxidants. In addition, cocoa beans of such quality are the best natural source of large amounts of easily digestible magnesium and the necessary organic sulfur.

Extracts from seaweed and plant buds

Bez temperace a s patinou na povrchu

Abychom dodrželi zásady RAW výrobku, vynechává se během výroby takzvaná temperace. Ta zpravidla probíhá při teplotách kolem 47 °C a více. Kakaové máslo pak přirozeně vytváří poměrně stabilní ostrohranné krystalky a částečně uvolněný tuk může vyvstávat na povrch výrobku = vzniká patina.

Každý prawtein obsahuje různé ingredience, které mohou takto vzniklou patinu zbarvovat do různých odstínů. Ty však nejsou vůbec na závadu.

• Béžové odstíny – superpotraviny, jako např. maca peruánská, karob,…
• Zelené odstíny – bylinky (gynostema pětilistá, kopřiva dvoudomá,…), nebo mořské řasy (chaluha pilovitá, atlantik spirulina,…).
• A další barevné odstíny, které se liší v závislosti na jednotlivých typech prawteinů.

Výrobky BEWIT® PRAWTEIN® splňují veškeré RAW zásady – s tou nejšetrnější technologií současnosti regulujeme teplotu výrobního procesu tak, aby nepřesáhla 42 °C. Tím zabraňujeme ztrátám cenných, tepelně labilních látek a přirozeně obsažených enzymů = zbytečně neznehodnocujeme výsledný produkt.

Samotné složení prawteinů jsme navrhli tak, aby nebylo zapotřebí ani špetky stabilizátorů, barviv, plnidel a jiných syntetických látek. Při vývoji a výrobě jsme vycházeli jak z nejmodernějších poznatků vědy, aktuálních vědeckých studií a postupů, tak ze zkušeností našich předků. Též jsme dodrželi zásady SPAGYRIE – dokonalých postupů zpracování rostlin, které jsou běžně neuskutečnitelné.

Dávkování

3× denně 1–3 espresso lžičky (1 espresso lžička 2 g). Hrdlo lahvičky bylo zvoleno tak, aby jím větší než espresso lžička neprošla.

100 ml Prawteinu odpovídá přibližně 110 g, v závislosti na receptuře se toto množství může malinko lišit.
