Prawtein is enriched with the dark, purple-red fruits of the tall euterpe Brazilian palm, which grows in tropical regions of South America. For thousands of years, these fruits, known as acai berries, have been an irreplaceable part of local indigenous medicine. Due to its very high antioxidant content, acai berry is still one of the world's most sought-after superfoods.

Extraordinary beetroot, excellent Peruvian cress, famous withania snodar, impressive gynostemma five-leaf and useful nettle. Cocoa beans – the irreplaceable basis of all prawteins

The basic ingredient of prawteins are 100% natural BIO RAW fermented unroasted cocoa beans. After drying in the sun, these cocoa beans are stripped of their husks and crushed into nibs. These are then ground with other raw materials into a uniform mass - the resulting prawtein, in the most gentle way so far.

Unroasted cocoa beans themselves are an important source of not only a wide range of vitamins, minerals and valuable phytonutrients, but also quality cocoa butter, plant proteins and effective antioxidants. In addition, cocoa beans of such quality are the best natural source of large amounts of easily digestible magnesium and the necessary organic sulfur.

Extracts from seaweed and plant buds

BIO RAW OMEGA COMPLEX enriches the composition of prawtein with valuable, easily absorbable extracts from BIO certified seaweed. These come from the west coast of Ireland, i.e. from the cleanest waters of the North Atlantic. Bud extracts, which are part of the BIO RAW GEMMA COMPLEX, complement the composition of the product with substances involved in the protection and construction of new plant systems.

Prawtein is still alive

Gentle handling, 100% natural ingredients and low processing temperatures. This is a combination in which prawtein retains the maximum amount of vital enzymes = it is still alive.

Slight enzymatic changes in texture and smell can also be evidence of this liveliness. And this despite the fact that the composition of Prawteins is completely unchanged... Even in the wild, these changes are completely natural and desirable.

Each prawtein is completely safe. It is helped by naturally contained antioxidants, a high proportion of high-quality fats and essential substances with preservative activity.

Without tempering and with patina on the surface

In order to comply with the principles of a RAW product, the so-called tempering is omitted during production. This usually takes place at temperatures of around 47 °C and more. Cocoa butter then naturally forms relatively stable sharp-edged crystals and partially released fat can rise to the surface of the product = patina is formed.

Each Prawtein contains different ingredients that can colour the resulting patina into different shades. However, these are not a problem at all.

• Beige shades – superfoods such as maca peruviana, carob,...
• Green shades – herbs (Gynostemma pentaphyllum, stinging nettle,...), or seaweed (sawtooth seaweed, Atlantic spirulina,...).
• And other color shades that vary depending on the individual types of Prawteins.

Completely unique production of prawteins

BEWIT® PRAWTEIN® products meet all RAW principles - with the most gentle technology today, we regulate the temperature of the production process so that it does not exceed 42 °C. This prevents the loss of valuable, thermally unstable substances and naturally contained enzymes = we do not unnecessarily degrade the final product.

We have designed the composition of the prawteins themselves in such a way that not even a pinch of stabilizers, dyes, fillers and other synthetic substances is needed. During development and production, we have based our development on the latest scientific knowledge, current scientific studies and procedures, as well as on the experience of our ancestors. We also followed the principles of SPAGYRIA – perfect procedures for processing plants that are normally unfeasible.

An integral part of the product are also the completely unique elements LIGHT ESSENCE and GOLD ESSENCE, in the production of which we use 24k gold. However, the exact production procedures are a production secret of BEWIT®.

Dosage

3 x denně jedna až dvě malé (espresso) lžičky. Hrdlo lahvičky bylo zvoleno tak, aby jím větší než espresso lžička neprošla.

100 ml Prawteinu odpovídá přibližně 110 g, v závislosti na receptuře se toto množství může malinko lišit.
