How to use

Internal use: 0.5–1 scoop (approx. 250 mg) daily with food, let dissolve in the mouth. The recommended course of treatment lasts 3–4 weeks and can be repeated 3–4 times a year.

Rinsing and gargling: Dissolve 1 scoop in 200 ml of warm boiled water, use 2–3 times a day as needed.

External use: Dissolve 1 teaspoon in 50 ml of warm water and apply as a mask or compress (15–120 minutes). Recommended to apply several times a week.
