It is one of the oldest minerals, which is unique not only in its properties, but also in that it is found only in one place in the world - in Karelia in the north-west of Russia. Peter the Great used to filter his water with shungite, he even issued a decree that each of his soldiers should have shungite crushed stone in their bottle to filter water, this measure was supposed to prevent the transmission of infections. Although it looks like an ordinary stone, it has unique properties that help with many health problems, such as: - inflammations - viral diseases - skin problems and allergies - eczema, injuries - joint and spine pain - headaches, fatigue Over the years, more and more experiments have been carried out with shungite and shungite crushed stone. It began to be used with badger fat, for pain, with bee venom, with scabies, etc. The fullerenes contained in shungite actively absorb toxins and in combination with herbs, ointments and creams have strong anti-inflammatory effects. Shungite was so effective that complex creams were made from crushed stone, herbs and ointments, which, due to their effectiveness, prevented the conventional anti-swelling cream we know from our pharmacies from entering the Russian market. How to use: Wash shungite with tap water. Fill a container in a ratio of 500 g of shungite to 5 liters of tap water. Let the water stand for an ideal 12 hours. Use the first water after 12 hours, for example, to water flowers. Use the next, i.e. the second infusion, for drinking. Let it steep in water for a maximum of 24 hours. Then you can use the water: for drinking, cooking or bathing. After 5-6 months of use, replace the shungite with a new one to achieve the highest water quality. We tested the water quality with three test respondents. The test consisted of testing the taste of water by all three respondents to find out whether it is important to wash shungite properly before the first use. We had them test the water from a jug with shungite. We used two jugs: in one the crushed stone was washed and in the other the crushed stone was unwashed with tap water; we took it out of the packaging and put it directly into the jug with water. It turned out that all three test participants described the water filtered with shungite, which was washed before the first use, as better tasting. The jug with such water did not contain any stains on its surface. However, if the water was infused in unwashed shungite, there were stains in the jug and the water did not taste so good to the participants in the blind test.
