Manuka honey is obtained from the flowers of the Leptospermum scoparium plant, which grows exclusively in New Zealand.

Every spring, white flowers appear on the plant, which are pollinated by honey bees. The flowers have a distinctive aroma and are full of nectar - this is what gives the honey its unique creamy texture.

How to use
