Masticha and cholesterol
Several studies dedicated to the investigation of Chian mastiha point to its anti-inflammatory activity in endothelial cells of the human aorta. These effects are probably due to the specific content of terpenes and phytosterols contained in Chios mastic, which are responsible for its antioxidant effects.

Scientific research conducted in the last decade reports clinically proven positive effects on lowering cholesterol levels by an average of 11.5 mg/dl. This effect was even more pronounced in people with overweight and high BMI index.

Dosage
2 capsules 2 times a day, washed down with water.
The polyphenol content in the daily dose corresponds to 2 dcl of high-quality virgin olive oil.
