Active ingredients and effects

Composition (2 tablets)
Lutein 10 mg, Vitamin C 70 mg, Niacin 20 mg, Zinc 15 mg, Vitamin B6 2 mg, Vitamin B2 1.8 mg, Vitamin B1 1.5 mg, Zeaxanthin 1 mg, Vitamin A 1 mg.

Recommended dosage
Adults and children over 14 years: 2 tablets 1× daily during meals.
