TL GREEN capsules contain a balanced blend of herbs, vitamins and minerals that support the activity of the enzyme telomerase. This enzyme plays a key role in maintaining the length of telomeres – the protective ends of chromosomes that protect DNA during replication. Telomere length has a direct impact on cell lifespan.

Recommended dosage

Take 1–3 capsules daily, always no later than in the morning.
We recommend starting with 1 capsule daily. If no side effects (sleep disturbances, hyperactivity) occur, you can gradually increase the dose to 3 capsules per day.
One cycle lasts 3 months, followed by a 1-month break.
