Flaxseed oil – Linum usitatissimum

Cold-pressed flaxseed oil is a valuable source of unsaturated fatty acids, especially linolenic (52 – 63%). These are essential for our body and support overall vitality. The oil has a slightly nutty flavor and tastes great in combination with cottage cheese, rice or fresh vegetables.

It is not suitable for frying, baking and other heat treatments - high temperatures destroy its beneficial substances. Externally, it can also be useful as a support for the care of skin prone to eczema.

How to use

5 ml (1 teaspoon) 2 times a day

Recommended for cold dishes – salads, cottage cheese, side dishes.

Storage

Store in a dry place at room temperature.

Do not store in direct sunlight or frost.

Once opened, use within 6 months.

Possible cloudiness is not a defect.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women.

Does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
