Icelandic lichen (Cetraria islandica) contains a wide range of active substances (lichenin, isolichelin, iodine). It is recommended for normal function of the upper respiratory tract, contributes to protection of cells from oxidative stress and supports proper functioning of the immune system. The high proportion of bitters also naturally stimulates the appetite.

Active ingredients (1 dose 10–15 ml / daily dose 3 times a day)

Ingredients

Cane sugar (65 °Bx), water, Iceland lichen (Cetraria islandica) standardized herb extract (10:1), glycerol, citrus fiber, natural flavor.

Recommended dosage

Adults and children over 12 years: 10–15 ml, 3 times a day

Children from 3 to 12 years: 10 ml, 2–3 times a day
Shake before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage

Can cause dizziness in case of overdose

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women
