The content of watercress with an extraction ratio of 10:1 in 1 ml is 100 mg. You will achieve the highest effectiveness with daily use of 400-600 mg per day, divided into morning and evening. 2-3 x 2 ml of our tincture mean high effectiveness. Recommended dosage: 3 x daily 15–30 drops. The tincture can be added to a cold drink. Administer in one phase for another 10 days after the symptoms disappear.
