Valerian officinalis contributes to peaceful and satisfying sleep and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system (including cognitive functions). Recommended for restlessness, anxiety and nervousness. It also supports the normal functioning of the cardiovascular and digestive tract.

Composition
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) – standardized root extract (valerenic acid 0.8%), vitamin C, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), stearate magnesium of plant origin (filler), vegetarian capsule.
Recommended dosage
2× daily 1 capsule, or
1–2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime.
It is recommended to take 4 weeks, followed by 2 weeks break.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not expose to direct sunlight or frost.
Warning
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children! It does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
