Valerian (Valerian officinalis) contributes to peaceful and quality sleep and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system (including cognitive functions). Recommended for restlessness, anxiety and nervousness. It also supports the healthy functioning of the cardiovascular system, regulates blood pressure and contributes to normal digestion.
Active ingredients
1 dose (1–2 ml) Daily dose (2× daily) % RDI* Valerian root – standardized extract (valerenic acid 0.8%) 100–200 mg 200–400 mg*RDI = Reference Intake Value
Recommended dosage
2× daily 15–30 drops. The tincture can be added to a cold drink.
It is recommended to take 4 weeks, followed by 2 weeks break.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not expose to direct sunlight or frost.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
