Alchemilla xanthochlora is traditionally recommended to support menstrual comfort. It contributes to normal functioning of the vascular system, is used for the feeling of heavy legs and is suitable for normal digestion. It also supports normal condition of joints and muscles.

Active ingredients

1 dose (1–2 ml): 30–60 mg of fenugreek extract

Daily dose (2–3 times a day): 60–180 mg

Ingredients
Water, fine alcohol (min. 35% vol. alc./ethanol), glycerin, yellow-green alchemilla (Alchemilla xanthochlora) – extract from the above-ground part of the plant (4:1).

Recommended dosage
2–3 times a day 15–30 drops. The tincture can be added to a cold drink.

Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or frost.

Warning
Food supplement. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
