It is suitable as a means of subsequent care for problem skin (psoriasis, eczema, inflammatory reactions of various origins), for itching of the skin, redness after exposure to sunlight. It has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects.  Method of use: apply ichthammol balm to problem areas 2-3 times a day with a thin layer, apply a gauze bandage. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
