Gotu Kola – energy, memory and vitality at any age
Gotu Kola (Hydrocotile asiatica), also known as the "memory herb" or "fountain of youth", has been used in Ayurveda and traditional medicine for centuries. It supports brain function, improves concentration, helps with fatigue and also contributes to skin regeneration and collagen formation.

Main effects:

Supports memory, concentration and mental well-being

Helps with fatigue and convalescence

Beneficial effect on blood circulation and strengthening of blood vessels

Content of vitamins A, B, E, K, magnesium and vitamin C for immunity and antioxidant protection

Recommended dosage:
Adults: 2 tablets 3 times a day during meals. Do not chew the tablets, drink them with sufficient liquid.
