Fragrance character: The sweet-citrus scent of Aromatika orange essential oil contains refreshment, lightness and optimism. It will help create a more comfortable atmosphere in the home or space. You can use orange essential oil in many ways: to scent and refresh the interior, to support concentration and focus, during relaxation rituals, when it induces a feeling of relaxation and harmony, in skin care for its softness and refinement, as part of home cosmetics and massage oils. How to use: Aroma lamp: Pour warm water into the aroma lamp, drop a little essential oil into it (2 drops per 5 m2 of room area). Light a candle under the aroma lamp. The water should not boil. Aroma lamp usage time: from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Do not leave the burning lamp unattended. Add water as needed after it evaporates. Aroma pendant: Pour 3-5 drops of oil or a mixture of oils into the aroma pendant and wear it around your neck throughout the day. You can also apply it to an aroma plate, for example made of ceramic. Aromatherapy bath: Fill the bathtub with water at a comfortable temperature. Mix the essential oil into the base (sea salt, milk, olive oil, kefir) in the following proportions:  For a full bath – 8 drops for overall strengthening (max. 10-13 drops) For a sitz bath – 2 drops for regeneration, 4 drops for improving health  For hands and feet – 4 drops of oil The bath time is 10-20 minutes. Massage: Mix the essential oil (3-5 drops per 10 ml) into a vegetable cosmetic oil or cream, apply to the skin and then massage in.  Additive to shampoos, shower gels, creams: Add 2-3 drops of oil or a mixture of oils to 10-15 grams of product.  Perfume: 1 drop on the inside of the wrist or on the inside of the seams of clothing, also in the hair. In a spray bottle filled with 1 liter of clean water, spray  5-20 drops of essential oils (aroma), dissolved in 1 tablespoon of an alcohol-containing preparation. Then shake the container and spray the mixture into the room. Health warning: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If the oil gets into your eyes, rinse them with plenty of water. Do not use if you have an individual intolerance or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Before first use, it is recommended to perform a skin test to rule out allergic reactions. SENSITIVITY TEST - procedure:  1 drop of essential oil + 1 drop of any base oil, mix, apply to the inner surface of the wrist/elbow. If there are no signs of allergic reactions within 24 hours, you can then use the essential oil.   Contraindications:    Pregnancy 1st trimester, mental illness. Do not use before going out into the sun! (you can go out into the sunlight if more than 3 hours have passed since the last use of the essential oil)  Caution with minimum doses:  pregnancy (2nd and 3rd trimester), lactation period, children under 6 years of age.
