Remove the covers from the case, remove the protective film from the convex side and place them on your nipples. Press gently - the covers will stick firmly on themselves. You can then apply BOOB Tape or put on your favorite clothes or bra. After using the cap, rinse it with lukewarm water, let it dry freely and store it back in the case.
