Apple cider vinegar – a traditional elixir for your health

Apple cider vinegar is produced by fermenting apples and has been known for its unique properties for over 400 years. Thanks to bio-fermentation, it retains a number of enzymes, vitamins and minerals that support the health of the entire body.
Unpasteurized and unfiltered vinegar retains a maximum of active substances – the natural fine sediment at the bottom of the bottle is a sign of quality. It contains 0.6% alcohol, which is the officially permitted limit.

What is it used for?

Supporting digestion - stimulates the production of gastric juices, soothes inflammation of the digestive tract and restores intestinal microflora.

Reducing cholesterol and blood sugar - acetic acid helps break down fats and release cholesterol from blood vessels.

Supporting the effect of Chian mastic – increases its effect by stimulating gastric juices.

Drainage and cleansing of the urinary tract – acetic acid cleanses the body and eliminates inflammation.

Immunity and vitality – enzymes and minerals improve the body's defenses.

Dosage:
Mix 1–2 teaspoons spoons of vinegar in a glass (2 dcl) of water and take 2 times a day, ideally before meals. Long-term use is recommended.
