It is a powerful antioxidant that suppresses the effects of free radicals in the body and reduces the signs of aging. There is no risk of overdose with beta-carotene – the body only converts the amount it currently needs and safely eliminates the rest.

We recommend taking it at least two weeks before sunbathing, not only in summer, but also before a winter holiday.
