Valerian - herbal alcohol extract Valeriana officinalis Nervousness, insomnia Stress, nervousness and sleep disorders can be causative factors of serious diseases. Valerian contributes to a calm and contented sleep and to the normal functioning of the nervous system (cognitive function). It is recommended to use for relaxation in case of restlessness, anxiety and nervousness. It supports the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system, regulates blood pressure. It supports normal digestion.
