Avocado oil – Persea gratissima
Fine cold-pressed vegetable oil, 100% vegan, nutritional supplement

Avocado oil pressed from avocado seeds is a high-quality edible oil. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, sterols, antioxidants and vitamins, which brings many benefits to the body and skin. It inhibits the formation of dental plaque and strengthens gums, supports the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels (high content of sitosterols), counteracts the harmful effects of a polluted environment and, thanks to its high thermal stability (up to 250 °C), is also suitable for frying and baking. The oil has a delicate avocado aroma, a mild taste and a deep green color.

Avocado oil: 2.73 - 4.55 g per dose (3-5 ml)

Storage:
