1. Nature of the event

This promotion is a marketing consumer competition to promote sales within the meaning of EU legislation. It is not a game of chance, lottery or other regulated form of betting. Participation is not subject to any additional fee.

The organizer is responsible for organization, evaluation and communication.

3. Conditions of participation

A natural person over the age of 18 who:

• places an order on one of the participating e-shops (see point 23)
• the order is properly paid for and not canceled
• voluntarily signs up to participate in a marketing campaign

Participation is also possible without a purchase by sending a request to the email enerixo@enerixo.com . In this case, the participant will be assigned a free raffle code.

4. Draw mechanism

The draw number is the order number or the assigned registration code. Each participant can have multiple tickets depending on the number of valid orders. The draw is carried out by automated random selection using a random number generator (RNG). The algorithm cannot be influenced or modified by the participant.

5. Winnings

In each competition round, prizes are distributed in the form of vouchers for purchases in participating e-shops and in-kind prizes in the following composition:

5x voucher worth 1000 CZK including VAT

2× voucher worth 3000 CZK including VAT

1× voucher worth 5000 CZK including VAT

1× Evolve HT 250 treadmill with LCD display

worth over 30,000 CZK including VAT

All amounts listed include VAT. The value of vouchers and prizes in kind applies only to the goods themselves and does not include shipping costs, which are paid by the winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. It is possible to choose goods of a higher value and the value of the prize will be deducted in the form of a discount coupon.

6. Draw date

The draw takes place twice a month (always on the 12th and 25th of the month). The results are announced by email and published anonymously via the winning order number or code. All participants will be informed of the end of the event by email on the last date of the draw.
