Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods

1. Right of withdrawal

The consumer-buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods , including all their parts.
The period begins on the day of delivery of the last part of the shipment.

The withdrawal must be notified in a verifiable manner (e.g. by e-mail or letter). A sample form is available as an annex to the terms and conditions, but it is not mandatory to use it.

2. Return of goods

After withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the goods to the seller.

The goods must be returned in their original condition - undamaged, uncontaminated, including the original packaging and labels, if possible with accessories and documentation. However, the customer is not obliged to return the item in its original packaging if this would go beyond normal testing.

3. Return costs

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer , unless otherwise agreed. FitCompany.cz does not cover these costs, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in the case of defective performance).

4. Payment refund

After receiving and checking the goods, FitCompany.cz will refund the amount to the same account or payment method used for the purchase, within 30 days of withdrawal .
The refund may be withheld until the seller receives the goods back or the consumer proves that they have been sent.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Withdrawal is not possible by law for :

• goods adapted to the customer's wishes (personalization), custom-made,

• perishable goods,

• goods in sealed packaging that have been unpacked by the consumer and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, underwear),

• digital content or software, if it was delivered or activated with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the period.

6. Defective goods and complaints

Consumer rights in the event of defective performance (complaints) are dealt with separately in the "Complaints" section. FitCompany.cz guarantees that the complaint will be resolved within 30 days of its submission. In the event of delivery of new goods, the original item is not required if the complaint is accepted. The costs of its return transport are covered by FitCompany.cz.
